I got a few messages that my discount for the coinset wasn't giving the correct discount. I'm so sorry, I just can't do math! I've fixed it now so you can use discount code KSCOINSET for $28 off the set price (originally $88, with discount code, $60). I've extended the sale to 9/15/23 as well so you still have plenty of time. I've also extended the $7 off any individual coin using code KSCOIN.

I know many of you are subscribed to my newsletter (if you aren't, go to xiahunt.com and sign up for sales and updates!) so you probably know this already.  I had my baby in April (a little girl named Selene...goddess of the moon). She's so precious and really very serene that I'm finally once again making progress on my next Children of the Wheel tarot deck, The Children of Ostara. Ostara is the botanically inspired sister deck to The Children of Litha. I am trying hard to release her on Kickstarter next Ostara, 2024. It's the end of 2022...and the end of a wonderful campaign! (Almost)

All the rewards have been sent! Well...Almost all.

Hello everyone. Happy New Year! 

Just wanted to first, thank everyone for making this campaign so successful and for the most part, a very smooth process. Today the final batch of orders went out to those who requested shipping after the holidays. However, there are still a few backers with unresolved issues. 

- 12 people had pledges that were successfully processed, but they never completed their survey so I don't have their addresses and therefore cannot ship their rewards! I have reached out via Kickstarter to each of you with a link to the pledge. If you have not received your rewards, please check your email (it might be routed to your spam/junk folder so check that too).

-12 people have credit card issues that prevent me from collecting the shipping charge and completing your order. I believe I've message you all as well. 

Finally, there are a few international shipments that were shipped awhile back and the status shows arrived in the destination country, but it doesn't yet show as "delivered." This is not unusual as sometimes they just don't scan the final delivery. 

In any event, IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REWARDS YET, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP! 

To all of you who have sent nice emails and messages that you love your rewards, thank you so much. It really is so nice to get that kind of feedback. I'm so happy the response has been so overwhelmingly positive. 

So...What's next?

Again, I truly appreciate the support that has made this, and previous campaigns successful ones...but as many of you know, I'm never done, just done for now! I've got a ton of cool things in the works, and I hope to see you all back for those future campaigns. 

Most immediately among the new projects in the works, however, is a new (human) baby! I'm expecting a little girl (to be named  Selene) in early April. She's already made herself quite the presence in my immediate  family circle, being much loved by her big brother Helios...and has also been busy contributing to a few  delays work-wise but, ...that's how it goes sometimes! No pain no gain, as the saying goes, and the maxim certainly seems to be holding true this time around.  

At any rate, I had been hoping for some time that I would be able to have my next tarot deck  "baby", The Children of Ostara, done and the kickstarter campaign launched by March 20th 2023. Now, it is looking like it may need to release in March 2024, but I will probably still be able to get the campaign approved by the kickstarter crew well by Ostara 2023, and at that point you will be able to sign up for notifications on it's eventual launch via it's inactive kickstarter page...so stay tuned for updates on that! 

For those of you that don't know, The Children of Ostarais the second sibling deck in The Children of the Wheel Series, the first of which having been The Children of Litha. The Children of Litha was inspired by the Summer solstice, a time when the heat of life is in full swing, as humans, animals, and the fae celebrate the warmth of the sun and the dominance of day. As such, the majors in that deck were animal-human hybrids (with few and purposeful exception). The numbered cards depicted animals that represented their suit's elemental domains, and the court cards displayed humans alongside their animal companions. The Children of Ostara continues the theme of celebrating the magick of the pagan sabbats but shifts the focus to the Spring equinox, Ostara. As such, it will be a botanically-inspired deck, depicting plant-life of all kinds, the humans that depend on them to provide beauty and sustenance, and the otherworldly fair folk who combine the two--garden fairies, floral nymphs, dryads and the like! The backs of the cards will be the same design as The Children of Litha, while the faces of each card will be entirely different, as I was hoping to make all the cards in The Children of the Wheel Series Interchangeable, at the discretion of the reader. 

I'm very excited to continue crafting this deck, but like all children, it simply needs the time it needs to gestate, and there is just very little negotiating with that! Follow me on Instagram (@xiahunt) for updates and artwork previews, as I plan to do much more of those this upcoming year.

Shipping UPDATE - Still working on it!

Hi all,

Just a quick note. I've been getting a lot of questions about shipping, since I had hoped to have everything out by now. Unfortunately, I ran out of boxes over the last weekend. They were supposed to be delivered Tuesday...FedEx left a note on my door even though I was there all day waiting for them! Then on Wednesday, my mom spent all day waiting for them..."delievery exception" was the status at the end of the day. So supposedly, (hopefully!) we get them today so I can finish boxing everything up this weekend. Ugh. 

Sorry for the delay! Thanks to all of you who have sent me such nice notes and messages and comments. I'm really glad that you're happy with everything :)

Shipping is Underway and I have a KS Recommendation!

Hello all my lovely backers. I hope your weekend has been phenomenal so far. I've been busy, busy packaging and shipping out rewards! It's seems I've worked out most of the kinks and have a pretty good assembly line going. I'm already about 1/3 of the way through, and some of you may already have received your package. If you have, I really hope you are happy with everything. 

Note that for those of you who selected the Banded Agate dice, I still haven't received those from the manufacturer. There was some sort of sourcing issue since I added those rather late in the campaign. But don't worry, I am still packaging everything else and will just pop those in as soon as I get them. 

Also, there have been just a few issues charging cards for shipping. If it continues, I'll message you individually. For some, I'm getting some kind of "bank review required" message so I assume that is just your bank making sure it's not fraudulent. But I just wanted to let you know in case your bank reaches out to you and asks about it. 

Finally, I wanted to let you all know about this other cool project on Kickstarter right now, in case you missed it. I really like this artist's work. The newest deck is called "Embrace your shadow self with Dark Reflections."  

It's a beautifully illustrated tarot deck and journal designed with shadow work in mind. For those who may not know,  shadow work is designed to facilitate introspection so that you can live and thrive with more clarity and authenticity. And similar to the Corrupted Tarot deck I contributed to, this deck also focuses on the reversed meaning of the cards. Each card connects to a negative personality trait to stimulate self-reflection. It also has beautifully gilded edges and there is a silver eye journal as part of the project so you can keep a diary as you do your shadow work.
